Original Artwork, Custom Artwork, and Art Prints → FINAL SALE. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit. Please make your selections carefully.

Apparel & Gifts → Covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged/Defective Items → Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. For apparel/gifts, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement. For artwork, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but the purchase remains final sale.

Shipping Costs → Non-refundable. Customs and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
