1. General Policy Overview
At Curated Coping Art & Design, we take pride in creating and delivering high-quality artwork, apparel, and gifts. Because many of our items are unique, custom, or artist-created, our return and refund policy is strict to protect the integrity of the art.
By purchasing from Curated Coping Art & Design, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
2. FINAL SALE – Artwork Purchases
Please note: All art-related purchases are FINAL SALE.
This applies to:

Original Artwork (One-of-a-Kind Works) – Final Sale. No refunds, returns, store credits, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Custom/Commissioned Artwork – Final Sale. Deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has begun. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Art Prints/Reproductions – Final Sale. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits.
We strongly encourage buyers to review all details carefully before making an art purchase. If you have any questions about an art piece prior to purchase, please email us directly at incia@curatedcoping. It is your responsibility to ensure that you clarify any questions or concerns regarding a potential art purchase prior to purchase. Once an art piece is purchased (Original art, Custom Art, and Art Prints) it cannot be cancelled, altered, refunded, exchanged, or be used as credit in any way.
3. Apparel and Gifts – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident about your purchase of apparel and gifts.

You may return eligible apparel and gift items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For defective or damaged items, please email photos of the defects or damage to incia@curatedcoping PRIOR to sending the item back. Once the damage/defect has been confirmed, we will provide further instruction on where to send your return.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after the item is received and inspected.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item (artwork, print, apparel, or gift) arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us at incia@curatedcoping.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the damage to both the item and its packaging, plus proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

For eligible items, we will arrange one of the following:

Replacement (if available), or
-
Refund (for apparel/gifts only; art is final sale), or
-
Store credit (for apparel/gifts only).

Note: Damaged artwork is still considered final sale. We will assist with a carrier claim but do not provide refunds, replacements, or credits on art purchases.

6. Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Curated Coping Art & Design is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Claims for loss/damage must be filed directly with the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS).

For original artworks, shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
7. Cancellations

Orders for original or ready-to-ship artworks cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted. All art sales are final.

Orders for custom/commissioned artworks cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted. Custom Artwork requires a 50% deposit in order for work to begin. Deposits are non-refundable should you decide you no longer want the piece in question.

Orders for apparel and gifts cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted.
8. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any items.

Apparel and gift returns may be processed for a refund only (within the 30-day guarantee window).
9. International Orders

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees. These charges are non-refundable.

Due to international shipping complexities, damaged or lost items outside the U.S. will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
10. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from Curated Coping Art & Design, you agree that:

The maximum liability of Curated Coping Art & Design is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost profits, or emotional distress related to your purchase.
